Is 58% of students reporting improved school grades something to be positive about? Certainly improvement is key, but that statistic implies that 42% did not improve their grades. This raises issues about their education as a whole regardless of Intouniversity's impact.
Many thanks for your observation David. In fact 27% said they were 'not sure' whether their grades had improved and only 15% said that they had not seen an improvement. And yes, of course, underlying underachivement is very much the issue.
