New Website for Students

Hugh Rayment-Pickard

We had an interesting meeting with Christine Buccella recently about a new website called bestCourse4me.com. The site is designed to be used by students and their teachers to inform choices about courses and careers in the light of national statistics about future employability.

Totally independent and free to use,
bestCourse4me shows you the link between what people study and their employment record afterwards. The website:

* Reveals the difference in earnings potential for graduate careers compared to non-graduate earnings.

* Displays the wider array of jobs that graduates from particular courses could go into.
* Discloses the percentage of graduates employed six months after graduating from a particular degree course. span>
